Ever since I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to be a teacher. I think when your favorite time of year is "back to school shopping", it's a pretty big clue!

I graduated from Parkview High School in Lilburn, GA. My family has always lived in GA, so you could say I'm "home-grown"! I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family including my mom, dad, older brother and sister in law, my niece and nephew, and my younger sister.

After graduating from Kennesaw State University with my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, I started working at Lake Forest ES as a second grade teacher. Two years later, my high school sweetheart and I got married, bought a house, and moved to Buford! I then made the transfer to Wilson Creek ES as a second grade teacher and became a Wild Cat.

I am a lover of all animals, anything Harry Potter, and running! I enjoy spending my free time with my two dogs, Bella & Bailey, and my cat, Leo. I run races whenever I can, and try to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
